- Security deposit equal to one month’s rent is required to confirm the
lease.
- Monthly rates do not include utilities.
- Cable, water, sewer & basic telephone are a flat rate of $140.00/month on
most units (can vary according to the unit.) This amount is paid at the
beginning of the lease.
- All units are equipped with full kitchens, laundry, VCR and/or DVD, Microwaves,
etc.
- Cleaning, if requested, is scheduled and billed directly through the cleaning
services
